Fall Sports Weekly Recap (XC, Soccer, Volleyball)

CROSS-COUNTRY: The Cashmere HS cross country team competed at the NCR Cross Country Championship meet on Thursday April 1st.  The championship race was held at Walla Walla Point Park on Wenatchee’s 5 km course.  For the first time all season, the girls raced first.  Ninety-one girls from 17 schools competed in the race.  Due to

Cashmere Defeats Cascade 5-1 in Girls Soccer

The Cashmere Bulldogs traveled to Leavenworth on Saturday to face the Cascade Kodiaks in their final CTL match of the season and came away with a 5-1 victory against the Kodiaks.  The Bulldogs are now 3-1 in CTL play, and will have an outside chance of winning the CTL regular season title if Cascade can

Soccer (Tues), Volleyball (Wed), XC (Thurs) Results

VOLLEYBALL: The Cashmere Bulldogs varsity volleyball squad traveled to Wahluke High School on Wednesday and defeated the Warriors in straight sets (25-16, 25-11, 25-15).  The Bulldogs are now 5-4 overall, and finished the Caribou Trail League season with a 3-1 record. The Bulldogs will face the undefeated Manson Trojans (10-0 record) next Wednesday, March 31st

Girls Soccer: Schedule Changes

The junior varsity girls’ soccer game that was scheduled to be played at Eastmont at 5:00 pm on Tuesday, March 23rd has been canceled.  The varsity match vs. Eastmont is still scheduled for  7:00 pm at Wildcat Stadium in East Wenatchee.  Eastmont JV will be playing Wenatchee JV at 5:00 prior to our varsity match


CROSS-COUNTRY: The Bulldog’s XC team competed at Walla Walla Point Park on Saturday.  The race was hosted by Cashmere High School and there was a lot of parent help.  Retired head coach, John Durheim, designed the 5 km race course which was a different course than our usual Walla Walla Point Park race course.  The


HUNTER McCABE FOOTBALL SENIOR #44 (RB/LB)   Hunter has had an outstanding start to his senior season.  Last Friday at Moses Lake he rushed for 100 yards and scored two touchdowns in the Bulldogs 28-27 loss at Moses Lake.  As the feature back in the Bulldogs spread offense McCabe has carried the ball 40 times
