Fall Sports Weekly Recap (XC, Soccer, Volleyball)

CROSS-COUNTRY: The Cashmere HS cross country team competed at the NCR Cross Country Championship meet on Thursday April 1st.  The championship race was held at Walla Walla Point Park on Wenatchee’s 5 km course.  For the first time all season, the girls raced first.  Ninety-one girls from 17 schools competed in the race.  Due to

VOLLEYBALL: The Cashmere Bulldogs varsity volleyball squad traveled to Wahluke High School on Wednesday and defeated the Warriors in straight sets (25-16, 25-11, 25-15).  The Bulldogs are now 5-4 overall, and finished the Caribou Trail League season with a 3-1 record. The Bulldogs will face the undefeated Manson Trojans (10-0 record) next Wednesday, March 31st


CROSS-COUNTRY: The Bulldog’s XC team competed at Walla Walla Point Park on Saturday.  The race was hosted by Cashmere High School and there was a lot of parent help.  Retired head coach, John Durheim, designed the 5 km race course which was a different course than our usual Walla Walla Point Park race course.  The

CHS XC Impresses in First Race of the Season

The Cashmere Bulldogs cross-country team traveled to Mattawa on Saturday for their first race of the season.  The 2.25-mile course was set-up around the campus of Wahluke High School and six different teams (Cashmere, Eastmont, Manson, Wahluke, Omak, Brewster) competed. In the boys’ varsity race, senior Rob McManus (pictured) finished in first place with a
